  3. Knee Lifts: Lift one knee towards your chest, hold for a few seconds, and then lower it back down. Repeat with the other knee. This exercise helps activate your leg muscles and encourages circulation.
  4. Seated Marches: Lift your feet off the floor and alternately march your legs in place, as if you were walking. This helps keep your leg muscles engaged and promotes blood flow.
  5. Calf Raises: While seated, lift your heels off the floor as high as you can, then lower them back down. This exercise targets your calf muscles and improves circulation in your lower legs.
  6. Seated Torso Twists: Sit up straight in your seat and gently twist your torso to one side, holding onto the armrest or seat back for support. Hold the twist for a few seconds, then return to centre and twist to the other side. This helps relieve tension in your spine and improve flexibility.
  7. Shoulder Rolls: Roll your shoulders forward in a circular motion, then roll them backward. This exercise helps alleviate tension in your shoulders and upper back.
  8. Neck Stretches: Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder, and hold for a few seconds. Repeat on the other side. You can also gently roll your head in circles to loosen up your neck muscles.
  9. Deep Breathing: Take deep breaths in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Deep breathing helps relax your body and promote oxygen flow.
  10. Seated Cat-Cow Stretch: Sit up straight and place your hands on your knees. Inhale as you arch your back, lifting your chest and tilting your pelvis forward (cow stretch). Exhale as you round your spine, tucking your chin to your chest (cat stretch). Repeat this fluid movement several times to stretch your spine and improve posture.
