How do I make a claim?

You must give notice of your claim as soon as possible by completing a claim form and sending it to the address shown on the claim form. You can download a Claim Form here. Or, if you would like to speak to someone, please call us on 1800 780 577.

 

New - online travel insurance claims

Allianz Global Assistance has launched an online Travel Claims Portal to simplify the process of lodging a travel insurance claim.

The claims portal is accessible on any web-enabled device that has an Internet browser, enabling you to lodge a claim anywhere and at anytime.

To help speed up processing times, you can upload supporting documentation and provide your bank details for payment if claim is approved.

You can save your online claim at any point and return later to complete your submission.

Once a claim has been submitted, you will be contacted within 10 business days.
